Comments:
IBC includes Appendix J, IRC includes Appendix E-Mftr Homes. Energy code note: Mftr'd housing only needs to comply with 1977 Colorado energy code. Commercial construction built to IBC "should" comply with 2006 IECC, but the IECC is "not officially" adopted.
