The Colorado Renewable Energy Society is a non-profit renewable energy advocacy group. CRES actively promotes activities within the state of Colorado that show the effectiveness and advantages of renewable energy. CRES educates citizens, legislators, policy makers, and builders on the advantages of efficiency and renewable energy technologies. CRES activities include hosting tours of existing solar homes, promoting "Green Pricing" of wind-generated electricity such as PSCO's WindSource, intervening before the Public Utility Commission, and keeping an eye on our elected officials while the Legislature is in session. |
